Terms of Use

This is a translation provided for convenience. If there is any difference in meaning, the Korean version prevails.
These Terms govern your use of Subtrack (the "App") and its website, provided by MetaGrid ("we"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The App is provided as it is offered at the time you use it. We may add, change or end features, and we will give reasonable notice in the App before ending a feature that subscribers have paid for.
2. Premium subscriptions and purchases
• Premium is purchased through the App Store or Google Play, and the price is shown before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can cancel at any time in your store account settings. After cancellation, Premium remains available until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. This does not limit any withdrawal or refund rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
• If the price of a subscription changes, you will be notified in advance through the store, and the new price applies from the next renewal only where you agree to it or as the store's rules allow.
• If you reinstall the App or change devices, you can restore your purchases with the same store account using "Restore purchases".
3. Ads
The free version of the App shows ads provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the websites and services they link to.
4. Acceptable use
You must not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the App, disrupt its operation, use it for unlawful purposes, or generate fake ad impressions or clicks.
5. Intellectual property
The App and its content are protected by copyright and other laws and belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App on devices you own or control.
6. Disclaimer
We work to keep the App accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information shown in the App is complete or up to date.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App. This does not limit our liability for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes to these Terms
If we change these Terms, we will post the new version with its effective date in the App and on the website at least 7 days in advance, or at least 30 days in advance for changes that are unfavorable to you. If you do not agree, you may stop using the App and cancel your subscription.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live.
10. App Store
If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where it conflicts with these Terms regarding the license to use the App, Apple's agreement prevails.
